Dine and Donate Fundraisers

Since the early days of slinging barbecue out of the trailer Pickles and Bones Barbecue has been committed to giving back to our community. Working with the local schools and other 501(c)3 organizations we are proud offer our dine out program as oneway to give back. We host your organization for a full day at our carryout location and give back 20% of the sales generated by your event to help out your cause. All guests have to do is mention your organization when they order; then all you have to do is provide us with a receipt for the donation. We are committed to growing our business in the community we live in and look forward to working with you to support your mission.

DONATION REQUEST

Thank you for your interest in Pickles and Bones BBQ Give-Back initiative. Being a positive influence in our community is at the core of what we value, and we look for opportunities to learn how we may best serve our guests and neighbors.

Monthly we donate to local community-based non-profits that align with our missions and values. The majority of our giving is allocated to the following causes: hunger relief, k-12 education, youth sports, and fine-arts. Unfortunately, the number of requests seeking support outweighs our resources, but we do our best.

Eligibility Guidelines

We donate to registered US 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
Due to the high volume of inquires we receive it is not possible to fulfill every request.
Completion of this form does not guarantee sponsorship. We will contact you via email or phone if we are able to help and arrange pick up.
We review all request at the same time on a monthly basis. We need 30 days' notice. To be eligible the following form must be filled out completely, even if we have donated to you in the past.
We do not donate to
